WAI AFRICA is fully committed to sending its dollars directly to Africa. It has historically funded projects to date by Board Members donations(mainly). In fiscal year 2008(Our first year) we spent 95% of all expenditure on Program Services in Rwanda, Kenya and Nigeria.
