Chief Jimmy Gboyega Delano
has been an accountant for over 25 years and has an MBA in International Buiness (Marketing) and an MA degree in Finance and Investment from South Bank University, London, England. He belongs to several professional bodies in the United Kingdom and United States including the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors
He has an extensive blue-chip multinational company experience in Africa, Middle East, Europe, North America, South America, having worked for Gillette, the blue chip American company responsible for successful business development in Africa and Europe. He worked for Polaroid another blue chip American Company and as a Vice President of International Sales and US Director of Sales, Planning and Administration for Soft Sheen/Carson (A division of L'Oreal, the largest manufacturer of Beauty products in the world).
He is currently the President & CEO of Ilora L'Original Beauty Concepts, Inc. with headquarters in Chicago; a company that manufactures distibutes and brokers beauty products in over 15 countries. Chief Delano is well known in International circuits particularly within the UK, Chicago and Nigeria. He is also known as the "international Business Achiever" and a man of great integrity. He was awarded the Minority Business Man of the year in Chicagoland in 2006.
Earlier on in his distinguished career he attended Oxford University to study Theology. He attributes all his success to God's blessings ...a deeply religious man.
Chief Delano is the Bagbimo Ake Abeokuta, Nigeria a title he has held for 20 years. This was an honor bestowed by his Royal Highness. The Alake of Egbaland, for his tremendous contibution to international business and Nigerian business. He held several public appointments in the United Kingdom including Director of AZTEC, the Training and Enterprise council for Boroughs of Merton, Kingston and Wandsworth. He sat on the London Regional Passenger Committee (UK Department of Trade and Industry appointment) and was a Trustee of the UK Immigration Advisory Services (a British government sponsored body).
He currently lectures on an adjunct basis on MBA courses at established Universities in Chicago and Indiana, USA

 Rev. William Beasley - is a graduate of Wheaton College, Chicago and holds a Masters degree from Yale Divinity School.
As a church leader, Rev Beasley has been involved in starting and supporting numerous churches throughout Chicagland and the Midwest of America. He has, for the last two decades been involved in philanthropy work in Africa.
 Mr Gary Rees is a graduate in Political Science from United International University, San Diego, Califonia and has been involved in teaching and mentoring students for over 30 years in Texas.
In the last decade, he has actively been involved in setting up accelerated computer labs at schools all over Texas and has considerable interest in assisting devloping countries of Africa. A tireless and selfless man.
 Adepeju Delano - (Board Secretary)Adepeju holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Admin from the University of London, England and a Masters Degree from the University of Leicester, England. She has worked in Africa, England and currently resides in Chicago.
 Mr. Jason C. Bell - An attorney at Law and Certified Public Accountant. Jason has been a partner in CPA firms for over 15 years and a financial consutant to several companies in the past.
He also practices law specializing in Commercial Law, Real Estate and personal injury.
